This accelerator program will be delivered in 26 weekly lessons provided every Monday starting March 2, 2020 - taking our last lesson in this program all the way out to the last week in August! .
How long do I have access to the course?
Is lifetime access good for you, because that works for us
Are the lessons live?
The lessons are not live so you don’t have to be online to receive them, they are on-demand lessons that will be added to the course every Monday for you to watch at your convenience.
How long is each lesson?
Lessons average around 30 minutes per lesson with 4 specific exercises provided for each. It is recommended that you practice each exercise for 5 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week.
How long do I have to enroll?
